Landfill Site
The City of Clarence-Rockland's landfill site is located at 2335 Lalonde Road in Bourget. It accepts solid and non-hazardous residential, commercial and industrial waste generated in the municipality.
Each Clarence-Rockland residential address is allowed to throw out at no cost a cumulative weight of 140 kg annually;
- Proof of residency with photo is required;
- The resident must be present to qualify for the program;
- One address per charge will be accepted;
- Residents can go multiple times a year (January 1 to December 31) until they reach the 140 kg weight limit;
- Once the free 140 kg is reached, fees will be charged depending on the weight of the load;
- Residents can continue to use the landfill site after the free 140 kg is reached.
- All items that are already free of charge must be properly sorted at the right location at the landfill site, otherwise a mixed load surcharge will apply;
We are sorry to announce that for reasons beyond our control, silage plastics will no longer be recycled at the landfill site as of March 31, 2022. We are looking for a solution and will advise you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
