The Clarence-Rockland Cultural and Recreational Complex is a 17,400 sq.-ft. state-of-the-art indoor recreation and leisure facility. It was built in 2008 and includes an indoor swimming pool, library, gymnasium, and fitness facilities. The Complex is located in the core of Rockland, and is attached to the École Secondaire Catholique l'Escale.
It is home to the Clarence-Rockland YMCA and the Clarence-Rockland Public Library.
