Drinking Water
The City of Clarence-Rockland provides drinking water to approximately 7,000 residences and businesses in the municipality, connected to a network more than 140 kilometres long. The Ontario Clean Water Agency is responsible for the measures in place to ensure the quality and safety of our water.
It manages a system that includes:
- 1 water treatment plant;
- 1 booster station;
- 3 water towers; and
- 1,485 hydrants
Drinking Water System Annual Reports
These reports are completed in accordance with Annex 22 of the O. Reg. 170/03, of the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, which requires a report prepared by March 31 of each year for the previous year.
