Every resident or tax-payer of the City of Clarence-Rockland is invited to become a client of the Clarence-Rockland Public Library at no charge. Clients of the Library are encouraged to borrow books, DVDs, magazines, audiobooks, video games, board games, Ottawa museum passes, and any of our other materials. Public computers and Internet access are free to everyone in the community.

We also offer printing and photocopying services for a nominal fee. Programs are a big part of a library's community and the CRPL is proud to offer many diverse programs and events for all. Visit the Library's website and to discover why the Clarence-Rockland Public Library is your community destination to learn, discover, imagine and play.
