Recreation Programs - General Interests

Fitness 55+
This program is designed for senior community members with diverse fitness levels, aiming to enhance cardiovascular performance, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall functionality in daily activities. 

When: Tuesday mornings starting on October 8
Duration: 10 weeks
Cost: $150 + HST
Location: Clarence-Rockland Arena

Adult Painting and Drawing Fundamentals (16+)

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class offers comprehensive instruction and hands-on practice to elevate your art.

When: Wednesday evenings, starting October 9, from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.
Duration: 10 weeks
Cost: $335 + HST (supplies included)
Location: Chamberland Center (1517 Laurier St.)

Hockey Programs for Women

Women's Hockey - Development / Warm Up
This program is for women who would like to develop their hockey skills, or shake off the summer rust in a fun, inviting atmosphere. Beginners are welcome!

Women's Hockey - Recreational / Intermediate
Intended for women who have played at least some hockey and can hold their own in a game situation, up to retired competitive level players who prefer a more relaxed evening of hockey.

For women 18+ (players 16+ may be admitted, depending on availability)

Women's Hockey - Competitive Pick up
Competitive LEVEL 1 OPEN - intended for women who have played BB or higher and are looking for fast-paced, high intensity gameplay.
