Back to SearchCLARENCE-ROCKLAND – October 19, 2021 – The City of Clarence-Rockland is proud to present its new website. Online since October 14, 2021, the municipal website was officially unveiled at the October 18 Municipal Council meeting.
The goal of the website redesign is to provide residents and visitors with an accessible platform that is easier to navigate, and where the information is clear and simple to find. This will make it more convenient for residents to report a problem, pay invoices, rent recreational facilities and apply for permits.
Among the new features:
- User friendly search tools;
- An interactive map of our parks and facilities;
- Online forms for the purchase and renewals of dog licences and business permits;
- Online payment options to pay taxes, water and sewer invoices, daycare invoices and building permits;
- A tax calculator;
- A calendar of municipal meetings and activities that is easier to consult;
The new website has also kept the functions that were appreciated by residents, such as the waste collection calendar, the business directory, the Daycare Services parent and fire permits portals.
The website will be constantly evolving as the City's programs and service delivery is enhanced. We invite the City of Clarence-Rockland residents to explore the new website and send us their comments and suggestions.
