The Cultural Needs Analysis provides a solid, research-based foundation upon which the City can develop policies that will guide the future cultural programming of the community.
The desired outcome of the study is to improve communication, cooperation and coordination among community partners; such as schools, social groups and individuals representing arts, culture and heritage in order to develop more programs and services or to enhance the existing ones in response to the community's needs.
