Thank You to our Volunteers

This week we celebrate the contributions of volunteers in our communities. Volunteering is empathy in action, the theme of National Volunteer Week 2022, confirms how essential volunteers are to the well-being of our residents.

Without volunteers, we would not have social and community activities, as well as people to take care of our less fortunate citizens. Our volunteers devote their time to the sports, cultural and recreational associations of our beautiful city. Despite busy schedules and family obligations, these people do not count the hours dedicated to the improvement of our community. 

I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank all the volunteers of the City of Clarence-Rockland. Our municipality is enriched by your dedication and by the best present a person can give, your gift of self.
