City to begin transporting trees, branches, and stumps tomorrow
June 1st 2022
City of Clarence-Rockland crews will begin transporting trees, branches, and stumps tomorrow. We have delayed the start of the collection for a few days to allow residents additional time to clean up their properties. To ensure a smooth collection, it is important to respect the following instructions:
- This will be a rough cleanup with mechanical clamp equipment and some residue will not be picked up. The resident will be responsible for completing the collection of the smaller residues such as small branches and leaves.
- For liability reasons, teams will not go on private property.
- Please place items curbside or in the ditch.
- It is preferable that your items be on your lawn so that our equipment does not damage your asphalt.
- Please do not block the road or sidewalks.
- Please note that any other debris related to the storm will not be picked up.
- The collection also includes County roads.
- Our crews must clean up the entire City. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
