Important information regarding the Fall Clean-Up
It's that time of year again, and we're getting closer to curbside collection of large items, also known as Fall Clean-Up. But wait, we're doing things a bit differently this year to make it even more efficient!
We are not following regular garbage collection days but will proceed all week in the areas mentioned below. Large waste items will not be picked up at the same time as the regular garbage collection. Please make sure to place items the weekend before, and NO LATER THAN Monday 7:00 a.m.
Collection Staff will not return to an area if pick-up has already occurred.
Giveaway Weekend - October 14-15:
Start putting your unwanted items at the curb.
We invite everyone to take what they can use and give these items a new home, reducing landfill waste.
On Monday October 16:
Residents north of Baseline (Rockland and Clarence Point), including all addresses on Baseline should have their items at the curb no later than 7am, Monday October 16th. Fall Clean-up collection will NOT follow regular garbage collection day. On the map, Baseline is highlighted in yellow.
On October 23:
Residents south of Baseline (Clarence Creek, Bourget, St-Pascal Baylon, Hammond, Cheney and Forest Hill) should have their items at the curb no later than 7am, Monday October 23rd.
