PUBLIC NOTICE - Fence Viewers for the City of Clarence-Rockland

The City of Clarence-Rockland is seeking individuals to fill the positions of Fence Viewers for the remainder of the 2022-2026 term of Council.

Fence Viewers are appointed by Council pursuant to the provisions of The Line Fences Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. L. 17, a Provincial law to govern the arbitration process when neighbours cannot agree on the construction, reconstruction, or maintenance of a line fence.

Interested parties must submit the form Appointment to Boards and Committees duly completed, no later than June 7, 2024, to the Clerk’s Office, City of Clarence-Rockland, 1560 Laurier Street, Rockland Ontario K4K 1P7 or at administration@clarence-rockland.com.
