Recreation and Cultural Programs
At the City of Clarence-Rockland, we firmly believe that arts and culture, as well as sports and recreation, are essential pillars for bringing our community together and making it prosper. That's why we work tirelessly to offer new programs and activities to our residents. Together, we're building a dynamic and engaged community.

2025 Clarence-Rockland Subsidies

The Clarence-Rockland Subsidy Program, in partnership with the City of Clarence-Rockland, the Bruno Gendron Open, and Their Opportunity, provides financial support for youth aged 5 to 18 in Prescott-Russell. This initiative aims to remove financial barriers to participation in local sports and recreational activities. Eligible families can receive assistance with registration fees, promoting inclusivity and allowing young people to experience the benefits of sports and recreation.
