The City Adopts its 2022 Budget

Pre-authorized payment withdrawal dates

CLARENCE-ROCKLAND – December 1, 2021 – The City of Clarence-Rockland wishes to inform residents of the new withdrawal dates for pre-authorized payments.

Please refer to the tables below for your new withdrawal dates. The new dates for daycare fees will be communicated to parents through the portal. Please note that no late fees will be charged.

Update on the Cyber Attack

CLARENCE-ROCKLAND – November 22, 2021 – The City of Clarence-Rockland wishes to inform residents that the reconfiguration of its computer systems has begun and is going well.

However, the municipality is still unable to process pre-authorized payments for taxes, water and sewer as well as daycare services. Residents will be notified of the pre-authorized payment withdrawal dates as soon as they are known. Please note that no late-payment penalties will be applied.

User Fees Increase 2022 Municipal Budget

Please take notice that the Municipal Council intends to consider the adoption of user fee increases in several sectors as presented during the 2022 Budget Deliberation Meeting.  The User Fee By-law will be considered for adoption at the December 20, 2021, Regular Council Meeting which will be via teleconference and made accessible to the public via Facebook Live on the City of Clarence-Rockland page.
