Step 1: Log in to Bciti+

Log in to your account here:
http://clarence-rockland.bciti.com

Step 2: Add your home address

1. Once logged in, click your profile photo in the top-right corner.
2. Select My Profile.
3. Enter and save your home address where you would like to receive collection notifications.

Step 3: Set up your collection reminder

1. Click Home in the main menu.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section titled My Collection Days.
3. Use the ATNA chat box to set up a reminder:
   • Type: “Set a collection reminder.”
   • ATNA will ask a few quick questions about when you’d like to receive notifications.

Step 1: Log in to Bciti+

Step 2: Open Notices and notifications

From the left-hand menu, select Notices and notifications (bell icon).

Step 3: Access notification settings

On the Alerts and notifications page, click Alerts and notifications settings at the top of the screen.

Step 4: Review notification categories

Review the list of notification categories.

Some categories, such as Emergency Alerts or Municipal Communications, are mandatory and cannot be unchecked.

Step 5: Customize your alerts

Select the types of alerts you would like to receive.

• Check the box next to categories you wish to receive (for example: Concert Series, Events, Festi News).
• Uncheck the box next to categories you no longer wish to receive.

Step 6: Choose how notifications are delivered

1. Click the Notifications tab (next to Channels).
2. Select your preferred notification channels (such as email or app notifications, if available).

Your changes are saved automatically—no additional confirmation is required.
